Westlake Media’s Web Services: Hosting and Support
When we create a website for a client, our goal is to take your thoughts and vision and bring it to life. We have created numerous different sites for a variety of companies, but we want to design something special that specifically fits into your brand’s image and your specific goals.
That isn’t where our work ends, however. When you get a site created and designed by us, we work with you after the initial creation to make sure everything continues to run smooth and stay in great shape. We handle the stress for you from start to finish, and beyond. There is plenty of behind-the-scenes maintenance and updating that we take care of so all you need to worry about is continuing to run your business!
The things we offer after creation all fall under hosting, maintenance, and overall support.
What is hosting?
Web hosting is simply the system that allows you to post a specific website on the internet. Websites are hosted on special computers known as servers which connect to anyone who searches your website on the internet. We not only offer this service for sites we create, but we can also host any other domain as well.
With all this data out there, it is important to host your site on a server that is protected. We offer our clients security and protection, as well as routine monitoring of your website’s health.
Why our service is different
When you call Westlake, you can talk to a real live person with a direct line, and we can be reached by phone or email all throughout the day!
Our maintenance and upkeep includes
- Plugin updates

- Adding or removing banners (i.e. a COVID notice)
- Rearranging or adding pages
- Menu Changes and additions
We are with you beyond just the transaction. We collaborate, create, and care throughout the entire process and that carries on beyond just the creation of your website.
